IT’S CULTURE

Dream Car Interview with Shawn Fenwick

Everybody has that one car that, if money was no object, they would buy and cherish for the rest of their life. I’m willing to bet after reading that you are thinking about one right now. The idea of the “dream car” is the root of car culture. We are all either driving, working for, or building that dream car. RADD had a chat with Volvo Cars Annapolis Service Manager, Shawn Fenwick, and got his dream car story.

IT’S RADD

Donuts from RADD

This week we made our rounds in the capitol city and paid a visit to our friends over at Annapolis Subaru, Annapolis Hyundai, and Volvo Cars of Annapolis bearing gifts of donuts. I mean it when I say; Maryland has the best dealers and the friendliest staff. We were welcomed at each store with open and arms and smiling faces (Not just because of the tasty treats we brought). We hope everybody enjoyed our visit!

Want to be the next dealership to get a RADD drop-in? Tell us when and where, and we’ll be over with donuts of your choice!

Just email [email protected] with your order!

IT’S CARING

A Weekend of Caring

Shoutout to our very own MD dealers who went big this weekend. Congrats Pohanka, Sheehy, and Willis for going above and beyond for the community. You keep on giving, and we will keep on recognizing!

Check out their awesome posts on each of their Instagram pages, and be sure to shoot them a follow!

IT’S LEADERSHIP

ASOTU CON: Evolving Your Leadership

There are two ways to lead; Through fear or through love. Both are effective, but only one is sustainable. Don Hall illustrates just how this applies to the auto industry and how he went from a matter-of-fact boss, to a compassionate and empathetic leader. Thank you ASOTU for bringing us this gem.

Although the victim of some pretty bad takes, Michael Scott said it best when asked if he would rather be feared or loved. He responded, “Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.”
